Creating Value and Visibility for Your Business

The core values that drive the Martinez Media & Marketing Group as people drive our business and how we help our clients:

  • Meaningful - We believe in doing work that is meaningful and fulfills your objectives.

  • Make It Happen - We challenge you to partner with us, brainstorm with us, and together we’ll make your marketing goals happen.

  • Maximize - We will work with you to stretch your budget and maximize your investment.

  • Good People - We strive to be good people, and we like to partner with good people to achieve success.

Martinez Media & Marketing Group was formed in 2020 by Ray and Stacy. They have built a team of experts who combined have more than 80 years of experience in marketing. With a wide range of expertise from written and multimedia content production to event planning and marketing strategy, the team and our niche contractors can handle anything you throw our way.

Our strategy leader and co-founder Stacy has worked in corporate, government and non-profit industries and has been in both client and contractor roles.

Under her leadership, MMMG assembled an experienced team that knows the importance of setting a solid base of understanding of the client and target audiences, and partnering to set strategies.

But we don't just talk – we do. Once the work is outlined and agreed upon, you tell us the areas your team will handle, and we'll fill in the gaps so we all move forward together.

Meet the Team

    Stacy Mayo-Martinez, CEO

Co-founder and CEO of MMMG Stacy Mayo-Martinez knows that good communication and storytelling are the most overlooked superpowers. She has spent her entire career perfecting these skills (and her superhero cape) so that you don’t have to. With a background in marketing communications and membership service, she can tackle larger-scale marketing needs or fill a specific niche, such as strategic planning or high-impact campaigns.

  • Ray Martinez COO and Creative Director for Martinez Marketing Group.

Ray Martinez, COO & Creative Director

Ray has co-founded a business and is a master of videography, photography and production. Did we mention he’s also a remote pilot and an avid bird photographer? Ray is the COO and Creative Director at MMMG, and his ability to capture high-quality video and stills gives you the flexibility to tell your story however you choose. He is also a sports enthusiast and you can see his media skills in this arena on social media @MMMGSports.

  • Lisa Diehl, Account Supervisor for Martinez Marketing Group.

    Lisa Diehl, Account Supervisor

If you’re looking for a woman who has done it all, done it with excellence, and still manages to be passionate about the work she does and people she works for, you will find her at MMMG and her name is Lisa Elliott Diehl. While Lisa has in the past sung a Garth Brooks song at her graduation, now she focuses on marketing in all forms, event activation and SEO (to name only a few of her skills; if we listed them all, you’d be scrolling until you had carpal tunnel).

  • Jodi Oleen, Digital Strategy Supervisor

Jodi Oleen has joined the team while continuing to lead her own consulting business. While she has many talents, for MMMG, Jodi focuses on providing digital direction, keeping up with trends and helping our clients show up online in the best light possible. She is a Florida-born Kansas girl who spends her free time on the back of a horse and with her two daughters. She also shares that passion with her social media presence @LearningtoRein.

  • Becca Brown, Strategic Marketing Director at Martinez Marketing Group.

Becca Brown Wright, Strategic Marketing Director

Meet Becca Brown Wright, the strategic marketing director and jack-of-all-trades for MMMG. Becca could never decide what she wanted to be when she grew up and believes her clients now benefit from her wide variety of interests. Becca believed she would be a zookeeper as a child, but when that didn’t pan out, she got a degree in agricultural communications and journalism from K-State.

    Abbie Frangernberg, Marketing Coordinator

Abbie Frangenberg wanted to be a teacher or a pop star as a child. Abbie is marketing coordinator and has the full-time job of keeping Stacy and the rest of the MMMG on task.

  • “The MMMG team has been excellent to work with and we have formed a true partnership over time.  Our USAID 10 year funded international research program working in 12 countries have benefitted immensely from both targeted and tailored services.  Through their expert help, we were able to focus our communications strategy, analyze our and adapt to our audiences, diversify messaging, completely upgrade our website and social media platforms.  Our partnership is supporting both the US and internationally-based teams to move together in an adaptive way as we respond to multiple communication and networking opportunities across the globe.  ”

Nat Bascom, Director of Engagement and Leadership, Global Collaboration on Sorghum and Millet

  • "My experience with the MMMG team spans conferences, donor events, stakeholder engagements, and a variety of media and marketing needs. The MMMG team takes simple inspiration and turns your event or communications piece into something beyond what you thought possible. I have complete faith in their ability to execute a vision and think through every detail to make a positive impression on your audience, present a high level professional product, and have fun while doing it. They are organized, hardworking, and will do what it takes to succeed."

Caroline Kolins, K-State College of Agriculture, Assistant Director of Agriculture and Extension

  • “Stacy helped me define my consulting business and truly understand who I was targeting through the brand blueprint process. I needed to get past who I was working with today to understand how to target the financial decision-makers to grow. We are developing new offerings based on her recommendations to maximize and grow the business.”

Socorro Herrera, CEO and Owner, iPlus1 Consulting

  • “The MMMG team gets it done. It really is that simple! ACE needed help with their marketing, and after several proposals, we decided to go with MMMG as they offer a marketing approach that is full-service and not cookie-cutter. I have really enjoyed working with our team and MMMG through the Brand Blueprint Journey to think differently about strategies and audiences. Since our first meeting, they started implementing small changes and assigned tasks to our team to try new things. Marketing can seem very overwhelming, but when someone like Stacy holds you accountable and makes you feel valued, it can be fun! MMMG truly is a great partner!”

Kayla Lee, President of Services, Auditing for Compliance & Education, Inc.

  • “MMMG did a three-part audience segmentation workshop for our core leadership team at Working Lands for Wildlife. Their mapping exercise prompted us to think deeply about our target audiences and how they think and act in addition to re-centering our team around a common vision and helping shape our future strategic actions across more than just our communications team. They even reached out to members of the target audiences we identified to fact-check our assumptions about their motivations and behaviors. We are already putting their recommendations into effect in our projects and look forward to future workshops with them as we continue to challenge ourselves to understand better our target audiences and how best to communicate with each.”

Julia Debes, Director of Agricultural Communications, Working Lands for Wildlife
